Returns & Refunds 

We will refund or exchange the product only when a wrong item or a damaged item was sent out. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product if you would like a return.

Items should be returned new, unworn, clean and undamaged.

All returns must include original packing list with the items you are returning circled and reason for return clearly indicated.

Please note all sale items are final sale. 

Shipping 

We pride ourselves on the quick handling of your orders, with most in stock items shipping within 1-3 business days.  We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of azimonjezi.com, such as interruptions of transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit card.

We are not responsible for lost parcels in the event that an incorrect shipping address was entered by the customer.

If you are shipping to a country outside of North America, you may be subject to import fees or taxes based on the laws of your local jurisdiction. Azi Monjezi Jewelry has no control over these laws and how they are enforced.

In order to track your order a tracking number is provided to  you in the shipping notification email.

Any and all personal information shared with azimonjezi.com during checkout or while signing up for a newsletter is used to process your order or to contact you about new products, discounts or collections. If you do not wish to receive  promotional emails, you can unsubscribe to the newsletter.
